Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (aligned with U.S. business hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Pitch products and services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads and convert them into active customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
Requirements
- Need minimum one year of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Team-oriented attitude with leadership potential and a proactive mindset.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Salary:
BDT 30,000 – 50,000
