Hiring: Business Development Executive

Job Nature:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across key industries.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
• Represent SkyTech Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of BPO, outsourcing, or IT-enabled services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
