Hiring: Assistant Manager – Domestic Operations

Job Nature:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day domestic operations to ensure efficiency and quality delivery.
• Manage and mentor frontline supervisors and team leads.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to align on operational goals.
• Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across domestic operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of BPO or call centre operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
