Job Nature:

Full Time (On-site)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (aligned with U.S. business hours)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive training program covering both client coordination and processing workflows.
Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
Review, verify, and process property preservation work orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage documentation, photo reviews, and task follow-ups through company systems.
Coordinate between departments to ensure proper workflow and issue resolution.
Maintain quality control standards and meet daily performance targets.
Report project updates, discrepancies, and status summaries to supervisors regularly.

Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
